    Autographs -- 2003-01-19

Excellent facility for getting autographs. The players are easily accessable and more than willing to sign for fans. The ballpark itself is beautiful and parking is easily had. A great place to spend and evening or afternoon.

    Nice, but a bit sterile -- 2001-10-05

RDS is a very nice, modern minor league/spring training facility. It's pretty easy to get to (about a mile off 95). The stadium is clean, has nice facilities (especially for a single A stadium), but I always feel a little bit "away from the action". There is one great spot though. It's a grassy area down the right field line. You can sit/layback on the grass and talk with the pitchers in the Bull Pen. Great place for autographs and to enjoy the day. Overall, a good place to watch a game.

No ear-splitting rock music, no gimmicks, no games and contests between innings--they just go out and play baseball. Assuming the weather cooperates, it's hard to think of a better way to spend a summer evening in Florida.
