Rulebook:
In either of PB or WP, runner or runners advance.
Wild Pitch: Pitch is "so high, or so wide, or so low that the catcher
does not stop and control the ball by ordinary effort", or "when a
legally delivered pitch touches the ground before reaching home
plate".
Passed Ball: "fails to hold or to control a legally pitched ball which
should have been held or controlled with ordinary effort"
Good catcher = fewer wild pitches?
Wild pitches is catcher (and scorer)-dependent for pitchers.
Passed Balls is pitcher (and scorer)-dependent for catchers.
