December 27, 1937: Sent by the Philadelphia Athletics to Oakland (PCL) to complete an earlier deal made on October 19, 1937. The Philadelphia Athletics sent players to be named later to Oakland (PCL) for players to be named later and Dario Lodigiani. The Philadelphia Athletics sent Jesse Hill (November 5, 1937), Bill Conroy (November 5, 1937), Hal Luby (November 5, 1937), George Turbeville (December 27, 1937) and Eddie Yount (December 27, 1937) to Oakland (PCL) to complete the trade.
May 14, 1938: Traded by the Philadelphia Athletics with Paul Easterling and Gene Hasson to the St. Louis Cardinals for Dick Siebert.
