December 19, 1921: Traded by Los Angeles (PCL) with a player to be named later to the Chicago Cubs for a player to be named later. Los Angeles (PCL) sent Vic Aldridge (January, 1922) to the Chicago Cubs to complete the trade. The Chicago Cubs sent Elmer Ponder (January, 1922), John Sullivan (January, 1922), Babe Twombly (January, 1922), Tom Daly (February, 1922) and Charlie Deal (April, 1922) to Los Angeles (PCL) to complete the trade.
