November 28, 1967: Drafted by the Oakland Athletics from the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1967 rule 5 draft.

October 20, 1970: Purchased by the Cincinnati Reds from the Oakland Athletics.

July 27, 1973: Traded by the Cincinnati Reds with a player to be named later to the St. Louis Cardinals for Gene Dusen (minors) and Ed Crosby. The Cincinnati Reds sent Roe Skidmore (September 30, 1973) to the St. Louis Cardinals to complete the trade.

September 4, 1973: Purchased by the Milwaukee Brewers from the St. Louis Cardinals.

June 15, 1976: Released by the Milwaukee Brewers.
