December 12, 1935: Traded by the Brooklyn Dodgers with Ray Benge, Tony Cuccinello and Al Lopez to the Boston Braves for Ed Brandt and Randy Moore.

October 27, 1938: Sent by the Boston Bees to the New York Yankees to complete an earlier deal made on August 10, 1938. The Boston Bees sent players to be named later, Gil English, Johnny Riddle and cash to the New York Yankees for players to be named later and Eddie Miller. The Boston Bees sent Bobby Reis (October 27, 1938), Tommy Reis (October 27, 1938), Johnny Babich (October 27, 1938) and Vince DiMaggio (February 4, 1939) to the New York Yankees to complete the trade.

December 7, 1938: Purchased by the Chicago White Sox from the Boston Bees.
