January 29, 1943: Traded by the New York Yankees with Milo Candini to the Washington Senators for Bill Zuber and cash.

November 22, 1947: Traded by the Washington Senators to the St. Louis Browns for Johnny Berardino. Trade was voided and players returned on November 22, 1947.

December 8, 1947: Purchased by the St. Louis Browns from the Washington Senators for $25,000.

December 14, 1949: Traded by the St. Louis Browns to the Detroit Tigers for Lou Kretlow and $100,000.

October 13, 1953: Released by the Detroit Tigers.
