June 15, 1955: Traded by the Cleveland Indians with Wally Westlake to the Baltimore Orioles for Billy Cox and Gene Woodling. Billy Cox refused to report to his new team. The Baltimore Orioles sent $15,000 (June 15, 1955) to the Cleveland Indians to complete the trade.

May 13, 1956: Traded by the Baltimore Orioles to the Cleveland Indians for Hoot Evers.

October 13, 1958: Traded by the Cleveland Indians with Larry Raines to Toronto (International) for Bobby Tiefenauer.
