December 13, 1969: Traded by the Chicago White Sox with Don Pavletich to the Boston Red Sox for Billy Farmer (minors) and Syd O'Brien. Billy Farmer (minors) refused to report to his new team. The Boston Red Sox sent Jerry Janeski (March 9, 1970) to the Chicago White Sox to complete the trade.

October 27, 1972: Released by the Boston Red Sox.
