November 26, 1962: Drafted by the Baltimore Orioles from the Chicago Cubs in the 1962 first-year draft.

December 9, 1971: Traded by the Baltimore Orioles to the Milwaukee Brewers for a player to be named later and cash. The Milwaukee Brewers sent Bob Reynolds (March 25, 1972) to the Baltimore Orioles to complete the trade.

May 26, 1972: Traded by the Milwaukee Brewers to the California Angels for Archie Reynolds.
