February 19, 1957: Traded by the New York Yankees with a player to be named later, Rip Coleman, Milt Graff, Billy Hunter, Mickey McDermott and Irv Noren to the Kansas City Athletics for a player to be named later, Wayne Belardi, Art Ditmar, Jack McMahan and Bobby Shantz. The New York Yankees sent Jack Urban (April 5, 1957) to the Kansas City Athletics to complete the trade. The Kansas City Athletics sent Curt Roberts (April 4, 1957) and Clete Boyer (June 4, 1957) to the New York Yankees to complete the trade.

November 20, 1957: Traded by the Kansas City Athletics with Billy Martin, Mickey McDermott, Lou Skizas, Tim Thompson and Gus Zernial to the Detroit Tigers for Kent Hadley, Frank House, Duke Maas, Jim Small, John Tsitouris and Bill Tuttle. The Detroit Tigers sent Jim McManus (April 3, 1958) to the Kansas City Athletics to complete the trade.

July 22, 1960: Traded by the Detroit Tigers to the Washington Senators for Bill Fischer.

January 31, 1961: Purchased by the Los Angeles Angels from the Minnesota Twins.
