September 20, 1983: Sent by the Philadelphia Phillies to the San Diego Padres to complete an earlier deal made on August 31, 1983. The Philadelphia Phillies sent players to be named later to the San Diego Padres for players to be named later and Sixto Lezcano. The Philadelphia Phillies sent Marty Decker (September 20, 1983), Ed Wojna (September 20, 1983), Darren Burroughs (minors) (September 20, 1983) and Lance McCullers (September 20, 1983) to the San Diego Padres to complete the trade.
