August 7, 1904: Traded as part of a 3-team trade by the New York Giants to the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Pittsburgh Pirates sent Jimmy Sebring to the Cincinnati Reds. The Cincinnati Reds sent Mike Donlin to the New York Giants.

December 20, 1904: Traded by the Pittsburgh Pirates with Kitty Bransfield and Otto Krueger to the Philadelphia Phillies for Del Howard.

July 6, 1908: Purchased by the New York Giants from the Philadelphia Phillies.
