July 29, 1971: Traded by the Milwaukee Brewers with Charlie Loseth (minors) to the St. Louis Cardinals for Jose Cardenal, Bob Reynolds and Dick Schofield.

November 3, 1971: Traded by the St. Louis Cardinals to the Texas Rangers for Joe Grzenda.
