August 8, 1967: Sent by the Boston Red Sox to the New York Yankees to complete an earlier deal made on August 3, 1967. The Boston Red Sox sent a player to be named later and Pete Magrini to the New York Yankees for a player to be named later and Elston Howard. The Boston Red Sox sent Ron Klimkowski (August 8, 1967) to the New York Yankees to complete the trade.
