January 6, 1976: Sent by the Pittsburgh Pirates to the Houston Astros to complete an earlier deal made on December 12, 1975. The Pittsburgh Pirates sent a player to be named later to the Houston Astros for Tommy Helms.

March 21, 1984: Signed as a Free Agent with the St. Louis Cardinals.

April 22, 1985: Released by the St. Louis Cardinals.
