November 20, 1957: Traded by the Detroit Tigers with a player to be named later, Kent Hadley, Duke Maas, Jim Small, John Tsitouris and Bill Tuttle to the Kansas City Athletics for a player to be named later, Billy Martin, Mickey McDermott, Tom Morgan, Lou Skizas, Tim Thompson and Gus Zernial. The Detroit Tigers sent Jim McManus (April 3, 1958) to the Kansas City Athletics to complete the trade.

November 21, 1959: Traded by the Kansas City Athletics to the Cincinnati Redlegs for Tom Acker.

February 24, 1961: Purchased by the Baltimore Orioles from the Cincinnati Reds.

July 21, 1961: Traded by the Baltimore Orioles to the Detroit Tigers for Harry Chiti.

October 23, 1961: Released by the Detroit Tigers.
