August, 1960: Purchased by the Cleveland Indians from Toronto (International).

November 27, 1962: Traded by the Cleveland Indians with a player to be named later and Don Dillard to the Milwaukee Braves for a player to be named later, Joe Adcock and Jack Curtis. The Cleveland Indians sent Ty Cline (March 18, 1963) to the Milwaukee Braves to complete the trade.
