November 30, 1961: Traded by the San Francisco Giants with a player to be named later, Bob Farley and Dom Zanni to the Chicago White Sox for Don Larsen and Billy Pierce. The San Francisco Giants sent Verle Tiefenthaler (August 17, 1962) to the Chicago White Sox to complete the trade.

June 13, 1966: Traded by the Chicago White Sox to the Baltimore Orioles for John Riddle (minors) and Jerry Adair.

November 28, 1967: Traded by the Baltimore Orioles with Bob Scott (minors) and John Scruggs (minors) to the Cleveland Indians for Gordy Lund and John O'Donoghue.

October 8, 1968: Traded by the Cleveland Indians to the California Angels for Jack Hamilton.

August 17, 1972: Traded by the California Angels to the Chicago White Sox for a player to be named later and Bruce Miller. The Chicago White Sox sent Bruce Kimm (September 1, 1972) to the California Angels to complete the trade.

August 29, 1973: Purchased by the St. Louis Cardinals from the Chicago White Sox.
