The Chicago Cubs sent Elmer Ponder (January, 1922), John Sullivan (January, 1922), Babe Twombly (January, 1922), Tom Daly (February, 1922) and Charlie Deal (April, 1922) to Los Angeles (PCL) to complete the trade.
