May 23, 1952: Traded by the Philadelphia Phillies to the Cincinnati Reds for Kent Peterson and Johnny Wyrostek.

June 12, 1953: Traded by the Cincinnati Reds to the Chicago Cubs for Fred Baczewski and Bob Kelly.

Before 1956 Season: Sent by the Chicago Cubs to Sacramento (PCL) to complete an earlier deal made on September 22, 1955. The Chicago Cubs sent players to be named later and cash to Sacramento (PCL) for John Briggs and Richie Myers.
