Many users of Norton Internet security products have reported difficulties using Norton products while attempting to sponsor a page on Basketball-Reference.com.
We believe that Norton's products are blocking users from seeing the login and signup forms. Likewise, they may at times block users from seeing the sponsorship messages on the individual pages.
We know of no solution to this problem other than the user temporarily disabling the Norton product when attempting to sponsor a page.
We will work with Norton to solve this problem, but as of yet we have been unable to get a suitable response from them. We apologize for this inconvenience.
