2011 vs. 2012 Attendance

We take the number of home games through the current date for each team, then look at the same number of home games last year, and compare the attendance between those two sets of games. This means that the dates won't match up, but given the differing capacities of ballparks I believe this gives a more accurate view.
Note: That in this display we treat the 2011 3-game series between the Marlins and Mariners to be home games for the Mariners. The Marlins were to be the home team, but had to move the games to Seattle due to a U2 concert. In our season long attendance totals we include those games for the Marlins (who got the gate receipts) and not for the Mariners, but we do not do that here.
