Wing-Leung Au was a coach for the Hong Kong women's national baseball team at the 2006 Women's Baseball World Cup. He played for Hong Kong in the 2007 Asian Championship. He managed the Hong Kong squad in the 2008 Women's Baseball World Cup. In the 2010 Asian Games, he played for Hong Kong. He was 1 for 4 with 2 walks and a run while handling 6 chances error-free at shortstop. He had one of four Hong Kong hits in their 16-0 loss to Taiwan.
