The West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC) is a NCAA Division-II conference which historically operated exclusively in the state of West Virginia, but has now expanded into Pennsylvania. Within West Virginia, the conference is more often referred to as the WVC.

In 2006, WVU Tech announced that it was withdrawing from the league and dropping to the NAIA. The conference then renewed a study of expanding outside of the state. On March 10, 2006 the Pennsylvania colleges Seton Hill University and The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (Pitt-Johnstown or UPJ) were made members of the league. These two schools became full members in the fall of 2007.
