Wen-Ching Liao is an umpire from Taiwan. He has worked several international events, including the 2001 Baseball World Cup, 2006 Intercontinental Cup, 2006 Women's Baseball World Cup, 2007 Baseball World Cup, 2008 Final Olympic Qualification Tournament and 2008 Olympics.
