Weldon Wyckoff, as of 2006, is the only player in Major League history with a last name that starts with "Wyc". There is one minor leaguer that might threaten this title: Anthon Wycklendt. Former minor leaguers whose names began with "Wyc" include Travis Wyckoff and Mark Wychopen.
