[edit] Biographical Information
Wayne Twitchell appeared to be on his way to stardom in 1973 when we went 13-9 with a 2.50 ERA for the Philadelphia Phillies and was named to the National League All-Star team. Twitchell never could repeat his success, however, and finished his career with a 48-65 record. He also pitched for the Milwaukee Brewers, Montreal Expos, New York Mets, and Seattle Mariners.
