OTHER OCCUPANTS: Buffalo Bills (AFL/NFL), 1960 to 1972


The Buffalo Bisons moved into War Memorial Stadium (nicknamed "The Rockpile") in 1961 and left after the 1987 season. The movie The Natural was filmed here in 1983, and the Buffalo Bills of the NFL played here for many seasons.
