The Waco Cubs began play in the Texas League in 1925 after the Galveston Sand Crabs relocated the Waco, Texas. After the 1930 season, the team moved back to Galveston and became the Galveston Buccaneers.
For their entire existence, the Cubs called Katy Park home.
