Outfielder Vince Moore was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the fifth round of the 1991 amateur draft. In 1993, he was traded to the San Diego Padres along with two other players for Fred McGriff. Moore later went on to play in various independent leagues.
Moore managed the Edinburg Roadrunners of the Central Baseball League in 2005 and has been skipper of the Edinburg Coyotes of the United League since 2006.
