Veronica Alvarez is a member of the US women's national team.
Alvarez was a softball player at Villanova from 2001-2005 and then played softball in Spain. She has also competed in triathlons. Outside of sports, she is an administrator for the Miami Dade County Public Schools. She is a catcher for the USA in the 2008 Women's Baseball World Cup.
