The Vancouver Mounties joined the Pacific Coast League in 1956 when the Oakland Oaks moved north of the border. The team played in the PCL through the '62 season, then returned again from '65 through '69. They spent five years as a Baltimore Orioles farm club and three years with the Kansas City A's.
