I grew up a misplaced Baltimore Oriole fan; Cal Ripken, Jr. was (and still is, to an extent) my idol. Since he retired, I really have no reason to root for the Orioles anymore and I became more or less a Mariner fan, but I also have a soft spot in my heart for the Toronto Blue Jays.

I used to play some pick-up ball as in infielder, even trying to form my own team in the sixth grade. We actually did play a game, too. My brother created a team of his own, as well. We won, but I think just because my players were all two years older than his.

After this time, I hit a lazy streak and never had strong enough grades to play through school (or at all, really), so I just dinked around with my friends, most of whom tried to encourage me to play organized ball. Now that I'm back in school, I would love to try out for the team, but I think my time has passed.

My great-grandfather, Bill Trezona was a minor league pitcher in the 1930s.

Born in Seattle, raised the suburb of Shoreline, I'm currently enrolled at Edmonds Community College with hopes of transerrefing to Gonzaga University and majoring in Business. I don't have any post-education plans as of yet, but I do know that my residence will not be in Washington; I have my eye on Coeur d'Alene, ID.

I am a huge music fan. I mostly listen 80s heavy metal, but I also like some older classic rock, as well. I collect Greatest Hits/Best Of CDs; I currently have about 125 (rough estimation) in addition to other albums I have, most of which by bands that you have never heard of. My favorite groups are Loudness, Racer X, Quiet Riot, Kix, and Tesla.

I come from a family of musicians; my great grandfather (Bill Trezona, again), grandfather, and one of my cousins all play the drums, another cousin is a singer, my grandmother was a pianist, and my dad and yet another cousin play guitar. The singing cousin married another musician who can play just about everything and owns a recording studio. I used to be able to drum as well, but it's been so long, my skills are probably shot.

I'm also a huge football fan, the Seattle Seahawks are my team.
