Tsubasa
From BR Bullpen
Tsubasa, "wing", was the name taken by the Tokyo Senators in 1940 following the outlawing of English in Japanese baseball. The team placed fourth in 1940, but merged with the Nagoya Kinko to form Taiyo in January 1941.
