Troy Fullwood

Troy Fullwood began his umpiring career in the 1996 Gulf Coast League and moved up to the 1997 South Atlantic League, 1998 Florida State League, 1999 Carolina League, 2000-2001 Southern League, 2001 Venezuelan League, 2002 Pacific Coast League and 2002-2006 International League. He was a MLB fill-in umpire in 2004-2005 and also worked the 2006 World Baseball Classic.
