Biographical Information[edit]

From 1998 to 2004, Tommy Jones was the Director of Player Development for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Jones also was the first base coach for the Diamondbacks in 2004 and was a scout for the Seattle Mariners in 2005.

In 2009, Jones lost a more than yearlong battle with brain cancer [1].
