[edit] Biographical Information
Tom Giordano played pro baseball from 1948 to 1959. He managed in the minor leagues from 1956 to 1959. Giordano scouted for the Kansas City/Oakland A's (1964-1968), Seattle Pilots (1969), Milwaukee Brewers (1970-1972) and Montreal Expos (1973-1975). He was the Baltimore Orioles' scouting director from 1976 to 1981, then farm director from 1982 to 1987.
As of 2008, Giordano is a special advisor to the General Manager for the Texas Rangers.
