Catcher/infielder Tom Trebelhorn played five seasons of minor league baseball in the early 1970s. Trebelhorn was a coach for the Portland Beavers in 1978 and manager of the Batavia Trojans in 1979 in the Cleveland Indians' chain. In 1980-1981 he was again a coach for Portland, this time in the Pittsburgh Pirates' chain. After several years as a minor league coach and manager, he joined the Milwaukee Brewers coaching staff in 1984. He later managed the Brewers from 1986 to 1991 and the Chicago Cubs in 1994. From 2001 to 2007 he was a Baltimore Orioles coach. His son, Robbie Trebelhorn, coached in professional baseball as well.
