[edit] Biographical Information
Former big league infielder Tom Foley joined the expansion Tampa Bay Devil Rays organization in 1996. He was the minor league field coordinator from 1996 to 1999, and managed the 1996 Butte Copper Kings. Foley was the director of minor league operations for two years and has been the club's third base coach since 2001.
