Tom Cafego played four games for the 1937 St. Louis Browns managed by Jim Bottomley.
Cafego was born in Whipple, WV. He is the only major leaguer born in West Virginia in 1911 and (through 2009) the only major leaguer born in Whipple.
Tom played outfield and catcher in the minors, and spent three years at Macon.
