[edit] Biographical Information
Thad Tillotson was signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1960 and spent much of the decade in their minor league system. After going 19-6 for Reno in 1960 and 12-11 for Atlanta in 1961, he was with Spokane for part of each season from 1962-66. After he went 12-8 for Spokane in 1966, the New York Yankees acquired him in a trade for Dick Schofield.
He spent 1967 and part of 1968 with the Yankees, and was also with Syracuse in 1968-70, posting a winning record each year with Syracuse.
In 1971 he pitched for Nankai in Japan.
