Texas-Oklahoma League

There were two short-lived class D leagues that were called the Texas-Oklahoma League. The first began in 1911 and finished in 1914 (half of the eight teams withdrew less than halfway through that '14 campaign) and the second didn't even last that long, being active only in 1921 and 1922. The leagues did have interesting team names, especially for the era, like the Corsicana Gumbo Busters, Wichita Falls Irish Lads, Denison Katydids and Gainesville Blue Ribbons.
