[edit] Biographical Information

Terry McDermott was a minor league catcher whose only brief big league experience was at first base late in the 1972 Los Angeles Dodgers season, when he was 21 years old. He also hit .343 for El Paso that year, and had hit .322 for Daytona Beach in 1970.

After baseball he was a sportscaster in New Mexico, worked as a spokesman for Intel, and then became a consultant with Star Group.
