Rimini is a baseball team in Serie A1. They have featured several former major leaguers such as Dave Nilsson, Chuck Carr and Tom Urbani (who threw a perfect game for them). They won titles in 1975, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1987, 1988, 1992, 1999, 2000, 2002 and 2006. They won the European Cup in 1976, 1979 and 1989 and have also claimed numerous Silver Medals in the Cup.
