Another one to look into:
1939 "SN" lists Ray Brubaker as Dover manager. Kingdon was listed as manager at Pocomoke City this year.
Brubaker was at Dover [1]
And Kingdon was replaced by Jake Flowers at Pocomoke in July [2]
