Well, either Pietrusza's book is wrong or Pat Doyle's DB is. Doyle lists Comellas with Utica in '42 and he was in the majors in '45, while Pietrusza says that Otero was the only MLB player to come from Utica. Anyone have a 1943 Guide to check this? - --Mischa 18:24, 11 May 2006 (EDT)

Pietrusza refers to "Utica's ... pitcher George Comellas.." on pp 153-154, so he was with the team. Pietrusza just missed Comellas when he was counting major leaguers. --Just me 19:29, 11 May 2006 (EDT)
