I'm sending this question to anyone who knows: Are Travis Fryman and Woody Fryman related? Same last name, both born in Kentucky, just wondered if anyone knows. Thanks. philwhtmn@aol.com

It's certainly a reasonable guess, since the two were born less than 50 miles from each other, and since Travis, being 29 years younger than Woodie, could have been a son or a nephew or something. However, they don't seem to be related - at least not closely. Fryman seems to be a fairly common name in Kentucky, and it's always possible they are third cousins once removed or something. I imagine anyone in Ewing, KY, could tell you . . . - Randy 12:54 26 September 2006 (EDT)
