Ricky as we called him at American High School,was an excellent baseball player on a team that had good talent,(Frank Mora,Pedro Ramos,Dino Martinez,and some good Div-1 prospects,but Ricky surpassed them all under a good Coach that was well respected and who knew talent when he seen it.Ricky wasn't just a good baseball player,he was a good person.
