Quite by accident, my wife and I were doing some of our church visitation and we were given Mr. Morehart's name and address. I called him and told him that we were visiting several shut-ins for our church and he invited us over. We went by and visited with he and his wife for about an hour. I learned that he was on the 1927 Team and I was so impressed. This was probably about 1986 or 1987. He said he still had his uniform and the other thing that I remember is that his locker was next to Lou Gherigs. If I remember correctly, he said that he was the last person living from that team.
